Returns & Refunds Policy

You may cancel your order within 30 days without needing to provide a reason.

The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party you appointed, not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us of your decision with a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the order. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns:

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days

• The goods are in their original packaging

Note: Custom-made products or goods tailored to your specifications are non-refundable.

The following goods also cannot be returned:

• Items that deteriorate quickly or have expired

• Goods that are unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

• Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Returning Goods:

We cannot be held liable for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of their return.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the goods were not marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves, the refund will go to the gift giver.
